We live in a world that is constantly telling us we are not good enough and
if your life does not look a certain way you are not considered successful!
From an early age, our identity is built on achievements and how much we
make others proud. We are taught to build our identity from outside
achievements and titles: being the perfect partner, the top employee, the
selfless friend, you know the success story. But what happens when the
relationship changes or ends, when the job is stripped away and you can
no longer carry those titles? Who are you when it all fades away?
